Mourning
My childhood dog died yesterday. He was such a good dog, well maybe not, but he was sweet.

"There are two types of people in this world: those who like Neil Diamond, and those who don't." I think that pretty much sums up my life. I'm weird, I have no idea who I am - I'm learning to live with it. But hey, at least I'm not schizophrenic yet.
My childhood dog died yesterday. He was such a good dog, well maybe not, but he was sweet.
Yesterday morning I had a Sheryl Crow song stuck in my head, All I Wanna do, or whatever the name of it is. I don't know why, I can't remember the last time I heard it.
I got a new hutch this weekend! Katie got a Singer Sewing machine from 1895. We're awesome. I very nearly bought some beautiful covassier glasses (I told Scott we could toast with them when we get married - he said to go back and get them!) It was funny. I also got Scott a glass that says: "I have known many, liked not a few, loved only one, I drink to you." Apparently it's an Irish Blessing - who knew?
I'm just going to say, my boyfriend and I are total losers. We both said "bless you" to the dog, at the same time last night. Very sad.
Am I the only person who finds this whole "Groundhog Day" thing disturbing? We go rip this poor little animal out of the ground to see if it sees it's shadow. Phil's shadow has nothing to do with winter. The first day of spring is always the same: March 21!
